We are open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. We are closed on the weekends.

Shipping: We ship via UPS, UPS Express or USPS.

USPS Priority Mail normally takes 2 to 3 transit days but may take up to one full week to reach you.

Damaged or Missing Orders:

If you receive a damaged package, we must be notified within 24 hours.

BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS!
Incorrect addresses will be charged to you for reshipping.

Shipping time from us to you:

Unless an item is on backorder, your order should ship within 72 hours.

Order Changes & Cancellations:

Cancellations, as well as additions and changes to your order can only be accepted within one hour of order placement. Unless you are using expedited shipping (like 2-day Air) we cannot accept any changes, this is to ensure that your order is shipped out on time. If your order has already been packed for shipment we can assist you in placing a separate order for the additional items. Orders cancelled after packing for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

*Shipping and handling is a taxable service.
